Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Consulting Specialist, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues , deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work alongside experienced professionals to deliver Enterprise Application solutions for clients across industries.
• Participate in client engagements, skill-building workshops, and meetings with firm leadership.
• Use innovative digital consulting tools and methodologies.
• Receive mentorship and continuous learning to build a successful consulting career.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Education in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering would be considered an asset.
• Passionate about a career in Consulting and eager to build expertise in ERP/CRM solutions.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support client projects and deliver practical solutions.
• Show curiosity and a willingness to learn, adapting to new concepts, technologies, and consulting methodologies.
• Possess a commercial mindset, with an understanding of client needs and how consulting work creates value.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, presenting ideas clearly and confidently.
• Value diversity, collaboration, and integrity.
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver quality solutions.
• Basic understanding or foundational knowledge of Enterprise Applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Salesforce, or SAP is considered an asset.
• Certifications in any of these platforms are regarded as a strong advantage.
• Committed to continuous learning and upskilling for a digital world.
• Legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for a permanent role.
• Ability to obtain Federal Government security clearance.
Language Requirements
• The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary and benefits package, including eligibility for annual bonus payments. Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $58,400 - $97,500 . The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres . Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
