You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

• Lead business analysis and solution design activities for Salesforce implementations in Financial Services (e.g., retail and commercial banking, wealth management, insurance ( life and P&C) ).
• Translate client business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, process models, and solution designs aligned to Salesforce best practices.
• Facilitate client workshops and working sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Guide teams through complex Salesforce configurations and deployments, supporting issue resolution and delivery trade-
• offs. Ensure solutions align with platform constraints, security models, data quality standards, and enterprise architecture.
• Manage day-to-day delivery for workstreams or small-to-medium Salesforce engagements.
• Coach and mentor consultants and senior associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Support Directors in engagement planning, estimating effort , managing scope, and tracking delivery risks.
• Review deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with PwC and Salesforce standards.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Support Directors and Partners in shaping Salesforce-enabled solutions and demonstrations.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work within existing engagements.
What You'll Bring:
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
• 3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform
• One or more Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator .
• Additional certifications, including but not limited to Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Architecture certifications and Salesforce AI certifications are a bonus
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and the limitations of configurations and best practices in using code.
• Strong understanding of Lightning, APEX and Visualforce
• Strong interest in emerging capabilities such as Vibe Coding
• Experience with complex deployments, troubleshooting complex problems with order of operations (triggers, workflow and process builder) and articulat ing theory behind workflow and validation rules as data quality tools.
• Experience, leading, coaching, guiding and assisting team members to become a high performing team.
• Experience leading and working directly with external clients / end-users and stakeholders to collect business requirements, constructing user stories, solution designs and developing acceptance criteria.
• Experience in estimating level of effort for activities and conducting project management activities (e.g , scope management) .
• Experience supporting business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in industry and preparing responses to requests for pro posals is a bonus.
• The successful candidaterequires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
