As a Financial ServicesSenior Manager, you'll work as par t of a team of proble m sol vers, helping to s olve comple x busine ss issues from stra tegy to execution. Profe ssio n al skill s an d respons ibilities for t his ma nagem ent level includ e but are not limited to:

• Proactively lead the F inancial Services practice by setting strategy , drive the development of new business in the market , and provide technical advice across disciplines
• Building strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalise on opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across a number of financial services businesses
• Identifying and discussing key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities
• Responsible for a majority of day to day client communications
• Responsibility to shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria
• Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
• Responsibility for management of engagement financials
• Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching
• Lead large, multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of exceptional services and outcomes to our clients
• Be accountable for all aspects of project delivery , quality and economics
• Develop innovative solutions for our clients complex business and technology issues
• Maintain existing and develop new client relationships through active participation and presence in the local market
• Continue to evolve and enhance your profile in the local market
• Identify , pursue and close new opportunities with new and existing clients

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Deep knowledge of the Financial Services domain with a focus on corporate and operational strategies
• An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
• 6 t o 8 or more years in one or more areas in Financial S ervices with a focus in corporate strategy consulting
• Deep knowledge of banking technology capabilities around Cloud and Digital
• Experience developing technology strategies and roadmaps, including comfort with various frameworks and methodologies, to enable the client to deliver as-is, future state and transformed services
• Exposure to vendor ecosystem including Salesforce, Fenergo , Trading Systems , and Big Data platforms
• Manage client relationships at all levels and build new opportunities and offering
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key F inancial Services clien ts with a focus on business relationships from front office to operations including technology functions
• A extensive network in the market with a proven track record of working with multifaceted stakeholders within major banks and asset managers
• The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada
