We are seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to serve as a strategic leader within the finance organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical support. This role will partner closely with functional and regional leaders to drive performance, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure we meet the company's long-term financial goals. This leader will contribute to the broader transformation of financial planning processes and management reporting across the organization, working in close collaboration with corporate, regions, and the BI teams to drive standardization and insightful financial performance management.
Your Impact
• Lead the development, implementation, and management of the company's annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead the development, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities to facilitate proactive management action.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to regional and functional leaders, aligning financial insights with strategic objectives, providing strategic support on key initiatives impacting global functions, such as new investment business case.
• Monitor and report on key financial and operational performance indicators, ensuring timely identification of trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the simplification, digitization, and the creation of advanced capabilities, including the implementation of a new enterprise performance management process, systems, and tools, to increase efficiency, accuracy, and ability to generate insights.
• Develop ad hoc advanced financial models to support scenario planning, long-range projections and ensure benefit realization and synergy monitoring.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and all relevant financial regulations, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
The Skills That Set You Apart
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role-ideally within a large or multinational organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario analysis, including experience supporting strategic transactions and investments.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems and tools, including ERP platforms and business intelligence (BI) software. Experience with data visualization and automation tools is considered an asset.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and build effective relationships at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities, a focus on results, and a demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and delivering value-added insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
