As a Marketing Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering WSP's marketing growth strategy across Canada. Your work will elevate brand visibility, support business development, and create meaningful impact across our markets and sectors.

Your Impact

• Develop global and regional marketing strategies and translate them into tailored initiatives for the Canadian market.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns supporting regional growth priorities and pursuit strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key sector stakeholders.
• Produce recurring performance reports analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with global Marketing & Communications teams and corporate services groups.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives follow established processes, timelines and budgets.
• Support brand awareness and drive the growth of WSP's business across Canada.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience designing and deploying B2B or professional services marketing strategies.
• Significant experience engaging with senior leadership and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong expertise across the full marketing mix and client engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and communication technologies and tools, including AI.
• Experience in a global engineering consulting environment or similar is an asset.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Creative, innovative mindset with a strong interest in evolving marketing trends and industry shifts.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $93,700 - $124,200
MB & ON: $85,500 - $117,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $84,700 - $112,400
