Compensation
Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $114,600 - $151,800
MB & ON: $104,500 - $143,900
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $103,500 - $137,400

Based in Montréal, you will help shape early-stage initiatives, build strong partnerships, and influence how global business and IT teams come together to innovate.

Your Impact
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across regions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders identify opportunities for technology, automation, and AI-driven improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business strategies, processes, and challenges to proactively recommend solutions.
- Identify, assess, and shape early-stage IT and AI opportunities to ensure initiatives are positioned for success.
- Support development of business cases, including value definition, feasibility, data readiness, and expected outcomes for AI and technology initiatives.
- Support intake and prioritization of technology and AI demands through the global demand management framework.
- Ensure initiatives are aligned with global IT strategy, architectural standards, and resource capacity.
- Manage escalations and collaborate with Global IT Business Partners for visibility and alignment.
- Lead structured business requirements gathering for new initiatives, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business needs.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and collaborate closely with IT delivery teams.
- Coordinate global input when initiatives span multiple regions or functions.
- Ensure all IT and AI initiatives comply with global IT governance, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation related to data usage, AI models, and business continuity.
- Ensure initiatives entering delivery have strong business cases and clear KPIs.
- Support ongoing measurement of initiative performance and value realization after deployment.
- Promote continuous improvement by collecting feedback and recommending enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's is an asset).
- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Relationship Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, automation, or AI-related initiatives.
- Strong strategic partnering skills and a passion for building lasting stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to quickly earn trust through clear communication, strong presence, and influence.
- Proven experience in IT business relationship management and IT service delivery.
- Strong understanding of IT organizations and how enterprise-level systems integrate.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technology value in business terms.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or BRMP are preferred.
