As a Global Procurement Specialist, Workplace, you will support procurement activities that keep WSP's real estate, facilities, and utilities operations running efficiently across Canada and beyond. You will help power the sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and digital procurement capabilities that enable our teams to work safely, sustainably, and effectively every day.
Your Impact

• Prepare and conduct sourcing events (RFx) and analyze supplier proposals.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on defined criteria.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential and existing suppliers.
• Support contract development and ensure proper documentation in procurement systems.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and performance metrics.
• Monitor compliance with contractual terms and escalate issues as required.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure sourcing activities align with organizational policies, ESG standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report ESG compliance for assigned suppliers.
• Use digital platforms and procurement systems to manage sourcing activities.
• Support data entry, reporting, and analytics related to sourcing performance.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide procurement insights.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and cost analysis.
• Analyze spend data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience with supplier management, sourcing processes, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret supplier data and market trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong documentation and compliance capabilities.
• Effective collaborator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Digital proficiency with e-sourcing platforms and procurement systems.
• Understanding of ESG, sustainability, and ethical sourcing principles.
• Preferred: Experience in category management, strategic sourcing, IFM, or procurement analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is an asset).

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:
$104,100 - $138,000

MB & ON:
$95,000 - $130,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:
$94,100 - $124,900
