The Opportunity
Shape Something Different - As an Intermediate Project Control Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery through financial management, reporting, and project controls. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet performance targets, deadlines, and client expectations-all while building your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your Impact
- Implement and execute project controls plans to support contractual requirements across a portfolio of projects.
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of planned value, actual cost, earned value, and schedule performance.
- Support baseline budgets and work breakdown structures to manage hours and expenditures.
- Identify and resolve deviations from project plans, mitigating potential impacts on cost and schedule.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, invoicing, and forecast accruals to ensure financial health of projects.
- Assist in preparing reporting packages for project and corporate management teams.
- Contribute to project plans, including cost plans, quality plans, and change management strategies.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Post-secondary degree in project management, finance, or business.
- 3-6 years of experience in project controls or financial management; experience in engineering or construction is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NT: $57,500 - $76,200
MB & ON: $52,500 - $72,300
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
