Overview

Tenstorrent is hiring IT Help Desk Support staff to assist users with basic technical issues. In this role, you will help troubleshoot problems, guide users, and provide simple technical support.

This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to IT support requests via chat, email, or phone
  • Help users with basic technical issues (login, software, devices)
  • Guide users step-by-step to solve problems
  • Record and track support requests
  • Follow company procedures for issue handling
  • Escalate complex technical issues when needed
  • Maintain a helpful and professional attitude
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and technical knowledge
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
