Tenstorrent is hiring Online Support Assistants to help support customers through digital channels. In this role, you will assist users by answering questions, guiding them through basic issues, and ensuring a smooth online experience.
This is a fully work-from-home position. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Provide clear and helpful information to customers
- Assist users with basic technical or account-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Deliver professional and friendly support at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (typing, email, online systems)
- Good written communication skills
