Job Overview
We are looking for a Subscription Support Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role can be done entirely from home. You will assist customers with subscription plans, billing questions, and account updates. Full training will be provided, no prior experience is needed.
Primary Duties
- Assist customers with subscription setup, changes, and cancellations
- Answer questions about billing and subscription plans
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Help resolve basic issues related to subscriptions
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Complete tasks accurately and on time
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stable internet connection
- Willingness to learn
