In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative support to members of our senior leadership team, ensuring they can focus on leading transformative initiatives. You'll be at the center of critical operations, enabling efficiency, collaboration, and impact across the business.

Your Impact
  • Enable strategic leadership by managing complex calendars, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring executives are prepared for high-stakes meetings.
  • Drive organizational alignment by coordinating leadership communications and facilitating information flow across departments.
  • Support decision-making through preparation of reports, presentations, and strategic briefing materials that guide business development initiatives and influence key business outcomes.
  • Champion operational excellence by overseeing travel logistics, expense management, and compliance processes for leadership activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to enterprise initiatives by assisting in project coordination, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution of strategic priorities.

The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Extensive experience providing executive-level administrative support in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; familiarity with SharePoint and ERP systems is an asset.
  • Strategic vision, creativity, and agility, not hesitating to propose ideas and solutions and to fully commit to optimizing work methods.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is essential.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act with discretion and professionalism.

Compensation:
  • BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $77,400 - $102,500
  • MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
  • Atlantic Provinces & Québec: $69,900 - $92,900
