We are currently hiring a motivated Customer Care Associate to support our customers and enhance their overall experience.   • Communicate with customers through email, chat, and occasional phone support

  • Address questions related to products, services, and account details

  • Process orders, returns, and basic account updates

  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve more complex issues
