  • Translate banking needs into system specifications and work with product, architecture, engineering, data, vendors and QA teams to validate solution design.
  • Support platform implementation activities such as configuration decisions, interface design, data mapping, migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate workshops and manage day-to-day client stakeholders across business, operations and technology.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of at least one banking domain such as commercial banking, retail banking, lending/credit, deposits, onboarding, servicing, digital banking, payments or treasury/cash management.
  • Hands-on experience across the solution lifecycle, including requirements, functional design, integration, testing, migration and implementation.
  • Ability to understand banking systems, data flows and interfaces and to translate between business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong business analysis, process design, problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to own a workstream, manage priorities and deliver high-quality client outputs with limited supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and written/verbal communication skills.

Nice to have
