KPMG in Quebec is looking for a Manager, Marketing - Enterprise Market to lead the marketing strategy and support business development with key accounts and organizations in the Enterprise segment.
Reporting to the Director, Sales Optimization and Growth, the incumbent will play a key role in the growth of the Enterprise portfolio by ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities, supporting the Sales and Service teams, and strengthening KPMG's position as a trusted partner for executives.
This role combines strategic leadership, marketing implementation, major account management and executive ecosystem leadership.

KPMG in Quebec is looking for a Manager, Marketing - Enterprise Market to lead the marketing strategy and support business development with key accounts and organizations in the Enterprise segment.

What you will do
- Defines and rolls out the marketing strategy for the Enterprise Market, in line with national orientations and regional priorities.
- Supports partners in various functions (e.g., Audit, Tax, Management Consulting, Deal Advisory, Risk Management) in order to identify growth priorities, cross-selling opportunities and market needs.
- Translates business objectives into integrated marketing plans (campaigns, events, partnerships, content, thought leadership).
- Ensures the planning and carrying out of client events (face-to-face, hybrid or virtual), by aligning them with business objectives.
- Provides a flawless client experience and consistent KPMG brand positioning.
- Develops strategic content for the Enterprise Market (presentations, event content) and makes sure that the content is relevant, client-oriented and value-driven.
- Secures a results-oriented approach measured by clear Key Performance Indicators (pipeline, client engagement, awareness, retention, account growth). Offer actionable data-driven recommendations (client relationship management, engagement, pipeline) to accelerate account growth.
- Ensures industry competitive intelligence in order to anticipate market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Actively supports the management and optimization of strategic Enterprise accounts, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Designs account planning with partner leaders, including:
Analysis of accounts, industry issues and key stakeholders
Value positioning and personalized messages
Targeted activations (private events, customized content, executive meetings) - Acts as a marketing conductor between internal teams (services, business development, partnerships, national) around priority accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, administration or related field (MBA an asset).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a professional services firm or a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic marketing, major account management and business development.
- Consulting experience and understanding of the SME sector are assets.
- Leadership and influence: Ability to work with senior leaders and executives.
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent skills in project management related to complex and multi-task assignments.
- Strong ability to collaborate between teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both French and English.
English is required to support clients needs and collaborate with stakeholders across Canada. - Comfortable with CRM environments and Microsoft 365 tools (advanced PowerPoint required).
- Interest in the use of artificial intelligence.
- Intellectual curiosity, political acumen, rigour and initiative.
