A career within Transfer Pricing services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You'll focus on all aspects of documentation planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.Our team is responsible for all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities, including transfers of intellectual property, transfers of tangible goods, services and loans, and other financing transactions.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a Transfer Pricing, Senior Associate you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends
• Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results
• Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
• Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance
• Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice
• Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives
• Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others
• Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Demonstrated experience working in Transfer Pricing
• Background in economics, commerce, corporate finance, or another quantitative discipline
• CPA or other accounting designation is an asset
• Strong research, writing and quantitative analytical skills with an emphasis on writing skills
• Proficient with MS office and Google suite applications
• Ability to balance competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to creatively solv e complex problems and determ ine innovative solutions
• Ability to be self-motivated and responsible for various aspects of a project within a team framework The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

What to consider before applying

• This role doesn't support completion of the CPA designation
• This role requires fluency in both French and English
