The mission of the Trade & Customs teams is to enable the cross-border movement of goods and lead the company's trade and customs compliance strategy, playing a vital role in Aritzia's global commerce.

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 -$150,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.

THE ROLE
As the Manager, Trade & Customs, Operations, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Strategically develop Aritzia's trade and customs approach to uphold our competitive advantage
- Minimize Aritzia's duty liability while optimizing our cash flow
- Manage the seamless execution of our day-to-day business and initiatives
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager, Trade & Customs, Operations has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
- Licensed US Customs Broker, or Canada CCS Certification required
- Experience in a fast paced and growing Trade & Customs environment
- Experience with Supply Chain security program management and direct engagement with customs authorities
- Team leadership experience preferred
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
