What You will be doing :
- Leading, coaching, developing, andretaininga high-performing sales team with a strong focus onsales performance andcustomer experience.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, by providing best-in class service andsolutionbasedcustomer experiencesto our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.
- Delivering onbusiness plans to achieve regional andstoreleveltargets
- RepresentingRogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drivespositive outcomes and supportsteam and business goals.
- Managementexperience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to driveand deliver strongconsistentsalesresults.
- Leading aculture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthen team performance and contribute to overall store growth,resultsand performance
- You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand andmaintainstrong performanceresults during peak times.
