In addition, you research and develop strategies aimed at reducing our clients' tax burden. You serve as a role model for junior employees by providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

What you will do

• Work closely with the team to address ad hoc tax questions, coordinate the preparation of tax returns, and participate in the development of tax planning and reorganization strategies.
• Assess the accuracy and relevance of work performed by less experienced staff.
• Ensure the development of staff by providing continuous support and guidance.

What you bring to the role
    • At least 5 to 7 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.

    • Professional accounting designation (CPA).

    • Focus on quality and the added value of client deliverables and services.

    • Strong project management abilities and organizational skills.

    • Ability to effectively manage competing demands and priorities.

    • Willingness to give colleagues the opportunity to take on new tasks or responsibilities.

    • Ability to inspire enthusiasm among colleagues to achieve desired results.

    • Ability to respond to difficult questions with confidence and conviction

The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to present complex strategic topics to a variety of stakeholders located in English-speaking regions of Canada, such as Ontario.
