Job Description

We are hiring a Seller Support Associate to provide exceptional support to sellers and help ensure a positive marketplace experience. This role is ideal for both entry-level and experienced professionals who enjoy assisting others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist sellers with account-related questions and support requests.

  • Respond to inquiries through email, chat, or phone in a professional manner.

  • Help resolve issues related to orders, listings, and account management.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when needed.

  • Follow company guidelines and provide high-quality customer service.

  • Collaborate with team members to support seller success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
