The Salesforce Senior Manager will be comfortable in all aspects of Project delivery including solution design, requirements definition, platform configuration, functional and technical documentation, prototyping, technical and integration design decisions, and more.

What you will do
  • Development of CRM strategies, defining implementation roadmaps, and proposing client solutions built on the Salesforce platform
  • Lead the delivery of client engagements, working closely with functional and technical team members to design overall application designs for client implementations of the platform and ensuring solutions align with business goals and functional designs while adhering to best practices.
  • Facilitating discussions/workshops with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of platform capabilities, customizations, and integrations to meet client requirements and business needs.
  • Assisting functional resources and business analysts with requirements gathering and design guidance for Salesforce platform components or related cloud solutions.
  • Acting as a strong advocate for adherence to Salesforce standards and best practices.
  • Working closely with client stakeholders and executives as part of engagements, as well as pre-sales activities.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, identifying new sales opportunities and leading RFP proposal responses including defining approach, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key Salesforce account executives, participating in regular account reviews, working closely with client customer success and program architects.
  • Work closely with local Partners and team members in the Montreal office to establish collaborative ways of working, specifically in identifying new opportunities.
  • Staying current on Salesforce platform capabilities/offerings and related technologies, including continuous Salesforce feature releases.
  • Working with the Partner leading the national practice, assist in developing go-to-market strategies for the practice.
  • Work on-site within the Montreal office a minimum of 2 days per week.
What you bring to the role
  • 10+ years of hands on experience leading Salesforce implementation programs including designing, configuring, and building solutions on the platform.
  • Deep Financial Services industry knowledge. Capital Markets, Corporate/Commercial Banking is an asset.
  • Experience and certifications in Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Agentforce. nCino experience, nice to have.
  • Strong relationship management experience, with client executives as well as Salesforce account executives.
  • A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices around functional design and the ability to recommend options for clients around when configuration vs. customization is required.
  • Experience working with technical team members to design integration architectures and data flows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate messaging around requirements, solution designs, and options to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users.
  • Must be bilingual (English and French)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace and at times ambiguous environment, with the opportunity to build a specialized team within the Montreal office.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English because it involves interpretation and application of English standards, guidance, laws and regulations, servicing of English-speaking clients located across Canada and collaboration with English Speaking colleagues located outside of Quebec.
