Build the Future With Us - Join our Buildings team in British Columbia and support impactful, community-building projects across the province. From complex defence-related facilities to northern and permafrost-influenced builds, your coordination expertise helps bring meaningful spaces to life.
Your Impact
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project tasks to ensure deliverables, schedules, and documentation remain aligned across the Buildings portfolio.
- Support project managers with execution and tracking of defence-related building projects, contributing to secure and resilient facility designs.
- Maintain project control systems, including schedules, action logs, procurement tracking, financial updates, and document control.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, architectural, and specialty consultant teams to keep project milestones moving forward.
- Organize and support fieldwork planning, subconsultant coordination, and technical deliverable submissions.
- Apply structured project coordination practices to projects in northern or permafrost-affected regions, helping teams integrate cold-region design considerations.
- Ensure compliance with enhanced documentation and protocols for secure or defence-sector project environments.
- Work within established quality frameworks to support effective project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Experience coordinating building projects within consulting engineering, construction, or architectural environments.
- Familiarity with defence building projects or interest in growing capability in secure-facility project delivery.
- Exposure to permafrost or northern project environments is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with comfort using project management and document control tools.
- You hold, or can obtain, a Reliability Status security clearance, required for federal and defence-related work.

- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:$80,800 - $107,000
- MB & ON:$73,700 - $101,500
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:$73,000 - $96,900
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
