What- the Role:  
This role partners with Digital Team Lead (Talent and Learning Solutions), P&C Centers of Excellence (Learning and Leadership Team), P&C Senior Business Analyst (Talent and Learning Solutions), P&C Product Managers, Technology teams & peers to deliver an optimized digital experience for our client’s people. Responsibilities include delivery of strategic initiatives & projects, recurring program work, system/process enhancements, data/reporting and ultimately maintaining data quality in our systems. From a technical standpoint, the Senior Functional Analyst supports the delivery of our client’s people programs through their various digital solutions such as HRIS (Workday), LMS (Docebo), and some exciting upcoming new technologies to enhance our employee listening capabilities.           
Activities will include:
  • Act as technical/functional product P&C advisor for both new and reoccurring large-scale initiatives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into simple and easily understood functional requirements.
  • Serve as a coach to other project team members by freely sharing expertise, suggestions and alternative approaches gained through exposure to various LMS offerings.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and research to provide solution recommendations to peers & stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining the configuration of the solution (Docebo) ensuring compliance with relevant HR program/policy/procedures.
  • Create and maintain systems configuration documents pertaining to new or changing functionality.
  • Communicate cross-pillar dependencies to P&C Product Managers, peer Functional Analysts, Business Analysts, Business User Support Team & IT People Systems Team to mitigate risks in downstream systems.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles, job aids and training materials to support change management stemming from system or process changes.
  • Report creation and regular data audits to mitigate data quality issues in our core system(s) of record.
  • Identify people systems optimization opportunities (data, process, functionality) including new approaches and/or “work-around suggestions” identified via practical and proven, demonstrated successful alternatives.
  • Assist in addressing/resolving Vendor management activities such as ticket escalation, reproducing system errors and support maintenance of issue logs.
  • Coach and train People Experience Centre, Digital Delivery and Business Unit Support team members so that they have the knowledge needed to confidently support the business with ticket requests.
  • Support P&C Partners/stakeholders with training and day to day Q&A.
  • Resolve ServiceNow/Workday/Docebo inbox ticket escalations and troubleshoot as needed.

Who – the Candidate:
  • In-depth knowledge of LMS deployment gained through a minimum of 2 Learning Management Systems implementation projects (extra points for Docebo) at large-scale global organizations for hourly and salary employees and contingent workers.
  • Familiarity with the features and functionality of other LMS offerings with the perspective of developing creative approaches to the possible shortcomings of the Docebo platform.
  • Access to a network of other LMS implementation and support experts to validate the feasibility and practicality in utilizing “better approaches”.
  • Extensive Functional configuration expertise (LMS) and technical understanding of the impact and implications of complex data flow integrations in a sophisticated environment that utilizes multiple global platforms.
  • Deep subject matter expertise of LMS (Docebo preferred), for hourly and salary employees + downstream systems flow.
  • Strong requirements configuration and deployment skills that include requirements elicitation, scoping, prioritization, risks/issues management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven collaborative troubleshooting and training facilitation skills.
  • Enjoys identifying and executing on process improvement strategies.

How Much:
$70-71/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay. If incorporated, please discuss with Swim.
