As a Field Technician - Telecom Tower Inspection , you will support telecommunications infrastructure across Greater Montreal and surrounding regions. Your work will help ensure that critical tower structures remain safe, reliable, and compliant with engineering and industry standards. You will work closely with engineers and technical teams, contributing directly to field assessments, inspections, measurements, and documentation that support Canada's major telecom networks.
Your Impact
• Conduct inspections of telecommunications towers and rooftop sites to verify installation quality, structural conditions, and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Perform site measurements, collect technical data, and validate the feasibility of structural modifications.
• Support engineers and technicians by preparing field documentation and technical reports based on inspection findings and structural drawings.
• Assist with construction monitoring and confirm that contractor work adheres to safety, technical, and client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, organize documentation, and contribute to project workflows.
• Work in outdoor and at-height environments while following all required safety procedures.
• Use company-provided vehicles for inspection work.

The Skills That Set You Apart
• 3 -5 years of experience in steel structures or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong writing and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and flexibility for variable schedules.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
