Job Description

Overview
As a Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Platform Consultant, you work with our clients to design, develop, and deploy high-value conversational and automation solutions. You operate at the heart of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to optimize business processes, enhance user experience, and accelerate the adoption of digital tools.

You thrive in a consulting environment, collaborating closely with functional and technical teams, and actively contribute to all project phases: design, development, integration, production deployment, and continuous improvement.

What you will do
Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Implement advanced natural language understanding (NLU) and dialogue orchestration mechanisms to deliver contextual, relevant, and engaging conversations.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components (topics, entities, actions) and ensure their governance throughout their lifecycle.
  • Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Power Platform services and third-party systems through secure interfaces.
  • Monitor and analyze conversational performance indicators (KPIs), leverage usage data, and propose continuous improvements based on user feedback.
Microsoft Power Platform
  • Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize and streamline end-to-end business processes.
  • Model, configure, and govern data in Dataverse, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
  • Create and maintain custom connectors to enable secure integrations with third-party platforms and services.
  • Apply Power Platform best practices in security, governance, and performance.

What you bring to the role
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, integrations).
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio or equivalent chatbot platforms.
  • Strong understanding of NLU concepts, conversational design, and user experience.
  • Experience integrating systems through APIs, connectors, and cloud services.
  • Knowledge of governance, security, and solution lifecycle management principles.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
  • Comfort in a consulting context: client interactions, workshops, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and strong team spirit.

The selected candidate, while being primarly francophone, must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to present complex strategic topics to a diverse range of stakeholders located in English-speaking regions of Canada, such as Ontario.
