In this role, you'll focus on excellence in formatting and proofreading while supporting technical writing and editing standards across diverse projects. Your bilingual skills will be essential for reviewing English and French content that meets WSP's high standards.
Your Impact
- Prepare, format, and finalize documents using advanced word processing tools to meet WSP standards.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in English and French deliverables across multi-discipline projects.
- Collaborate with authors and editors to maintain clarity and readability in both languages.
- Contribute to proofreading and translation efforts to uphold linguistic and technical integrity.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams to deliver polished, client-ready materials.

- Full fluency in English and French, with the ability to speak, write, and edit in both languages (mandatory).
- Strong expertise in word processing and document formatting using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in proofreading and translation for bilingual deliverables.
- Familiarity with editing guidelines and style sheets for large projects.
