What will your typical day look like?

Our workday practice is looking for a Payroll Consultant, to join their team. In this role you will:
Provide Workday Payroll consulting services Provide input and advice regarding Workday payroll capabilities and functions to customer organizations Assist clients in fully deploying the Workday payroll module into their business and provide input on best practices Work with our team to configure the Workday solution to meet the customer's requirements. Understand customer's payroll and broader business requirements and how they align to Workday Understand customer's Benefits and broader business requirements and how they align to Workday Understand other Workday functional areas and how they align to Workday Payroll Build positive client and peer relationships by developing an understanding of customer's business and project scope Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to customer satisfaction Identify assignment conflicts or issues and communicate to Engagement Manager or Task leader Assist in the development of client proposals Participate in practice initiatives (functional/technical analysis, documentation development, Developing exposure to multiple functional areas and industries

You are someone who :
•Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials is an asset
•Demonstrated experience in Payroll and any of Payroll system
• Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
•Outstanding Excel skills
•Superior verbal and written communication skills
•Have passion to learn technology and keep your self-updated with new functionalities
