    •Accountable to meet the Cash Mgmt needs of mid-market account managed clients. Achieve sales targets for products & services through application of business development, relationship mgmt, financial counseling/planning principles, practices & techniques. •Maximize Cash Mgmt growth & profitability by developing & implementing a rolling 6-12 month sales & service plan. Accountable, jointly with the Comm Acct Mgr, for non-standard pricing arrangements. •Contribute to business objectives through establishment of personal referral network & other business development activities. •Provide managerial leadership to develop & sustain an effective team of Commercial Banking Officers. Coach subordinates to ensure business objectives are achieved.
    •In-depth to expert knowledge of Everyday Banking products with a focus on commercial products and cash management products.
    • Basic to working knowledge of Business Investment Products, Business Banking Lending products, Moneris & ADP.
    •Introductory to basic knowledge of personal lending & investment products, term investments, mutual funds, RRSPs, RESPs and Direct Banking.
