The Event Management Automation Team fills an important role supporting TELUS' IT operations by monitoring, alarming and reporting on failures within TELUS IT systems. Our Event Management Automation consultants connect with technology owners across TELUS to develop fault detection strategies and then design and implement detection and prediction solutions to support these strategies.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

TELUS relies on the accuracy of its operational data to get a real-time picture of the state of its operations. System faults impact the accuracy of that crucial data and the decisions that can be made based on it.

Join a team of technical experts and use your knowledge and experience to proactively detect faults, fuse data and create efficiencies by automation responses with the ultimate goal of improving TELUS' reliability.

Here's how

Collaborate with other technical teams to provide recommendations and guidance on building fault detection mechanisms into their solutions and to identify data that may make a difference in tracking TELUS' overall reliability. Leverage your technical abilities to consume data and feed it to predictive analytical platforms.
