What you will do- Supervise the administrative services team (office space, procurement, reception, mail, printing, scanning and archiving)
- Coordinate and ensure equitable distribution of the daily workload among the team members
- Manage external suppliers including participation in the negotiation, monitoring and renewal of local service agreements
- Plan for purchasing and inventory optimization for KPMG's Quebec offices (peripherals, office supplies)
- Ensure quality of maintenance of the premises in collaboration with the various property managers
- Analyze and estimate costs related to operations
- Provide various reports and analysis
- Be the main point of contact for all operational requests
- Collaborate with internal teams within the firm and participate in various projects
What you bring to the role- You possess a college diploma and 2 to 4years of relevant experience in a team lead capacity
- You have strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all organizational levels of the firm
- Excellent skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn a variety of other firm software and systems
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and thoroughness in the work performed
- Tact, discretion and the ability to exercise good judgment
- Ability to work as part of a team with direct involvement of self, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to recognize problems at an early stage and to seek and present solutions in order to resolve them effectively
- Ability to work on several projects at once to meet different deadlines and to change direction quickly as workflow needs change
- Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive projects and communications
