Do you have a passion for connecting great people to untapped jobs and careers?

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you skillfully wear and balance several hats: trusted advisor and partner, project manager, talent scout and agent, business steward and salesperson.

You truly understand the business objectives and talent needs of leaders and their teams which often has candidates wondering if you are part of the business versus recruitment. Your natural curiosity, uncanny level of perception, strong listening skills are reasons why leaders and candidates trust you - you know your stuff and you understand what's important to them.

Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Strong collaboration skills, influencing and negotiation skills •Expert ability to draw out real requirements and set expectations •Ability to identify problems, more complex challenges, and unchartered opportunities and take a leadership role to address each •Web savviness and a keen understanding and appetite for social media •Knowledge of communications disciplines and social media •Experience building and project managing recruitment strategies •Experience introducing new concepts and influencing senior stakeholders •3-5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment or a CHRP designation with technology experience •Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience •Bilingual (French and English)
