•Be a trusted Advisor and Partner to business leaders, you understand the business and its culture, advise on talent, create and lead recruitment strategies
•Be an expert in your field, you source qualified candidates, facilitate and drive selection processes and talent decisions, and provide market intelligence
•Be a customer experience advocate, you ensure positive hiring and candidate experiences for all
•Be an ambassador of our culture, you partner and nurture relationships internally and with external job seekers, services, associations, and schools
•Be an analytics specialist, you compile and interpret recruiting data, ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Strong collaboration skills, influencing and negotiation skills
•Expert ability to draw out real requirements and set expectations
•Ability to identify problems, more complex challenges, and unchartered opportunities and take a leadership role to address each
•Web savviness and a keen understanding and appetite for social media
•Knowledge of communications disciplines and social media
•Experience building and project managing recruitment strategies
•Experience introducing new concepts and influencing senior stakeholders
•3-5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment or a CHRP designation with technology experience
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
