A career in our Sustainability practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we're able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.
Our team helps organisations plan, source, deliver, finance and measure the wider impact of products and services. We're helping to future proof businesses by making them more resilient and sustainable. You'll focus on identifying and prioritising sustainability issues, setting goals that support alignment and integration of the sustainability vision into overall corporate strategy, and implementing processes, controls, systems, and dashboards to measure progress for consistent and accurate reporting.What you'll create and do
As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:Apply analytical skills and specialist knowledge with our world-class client base
Contribute effectively to complex, multi-disciplinary projects - often supporting several projects at a time
Helping our clients improve the way they operate, reduce costs, manage risks
Supporting client deliverables in a timely manner
What you'll bring to this roleAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Professional experience in any relevant sector including consulting, business, government or NGOs
Foundational knowledge in sustainability and application of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), SASB, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 26000
Demonstrated experience with identifying climate risk, conducting scenario analysis, and impact measurement
Understanding of GHG quantification and carbon accounting
Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving capabilities
Strong research, analytical and report writing skills
Commitment to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and handling large amounts of data
Ability to maintain high standard to deliver projects/assignments on time
Ability to work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary teams
Strong personal initiative, agility and resourcefulness
Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in French and English; Fluency in a third language, including, but not limited to, Italian, Mandarin or Hebrew is considered an asset
