You will be part of a team that provides the managed services support backbone for our clients. We will count on you to coordinate the resolution of day-to-day issues as they arise, prepare and deliver key support reports, provide excellent customer service, and help plan critical system changes or maintenance.About the team
You will be part of a team that supports large IT scale solutions for our client, often immediately after being released to a user community.Enough about us, let's talk about you
You are someone who has:
- 2-4 years' experience participating in managed service IT operations
- A good understanding of and experience applying ITIL processes and managed services principles (e.g. incident management, change management, problem management)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Good coordination skills with the ability to interact with different support levels/teams as well as Deloitte leadership
- Pays attention to details and is more process focused with an interest in continuous improvement
- Available on-call for intervention and incident response
- Able to apply for and obtain a CBSA Secret Level Clearance. Deloitte will support this process and compensate for finger printing costs.
