What will your typical day look like? The ServiceNow team in the Canadian Delivery Center (CDC) is hiring an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage our "Operate to Innovate" team in solution delivery organization with the focus on delivering ServiceNow enhancements.
This role will focus on leading teams to deliver solutions while managing the expectations of clients globally within Deloitte and ensuring instances stay aligned to our internal best practices.
You will provide day-to-day guidance and direction to the team and act as a point of contact to resolve escalated issues. You will lead daily scrum, weekly status reporting and monthly sprint planning. In this role, you will plan and coordinate upgrades or complex enhancements to ensure project goals or product objectives are accomplished within the approved time frame, scope and budget. You will be fixated on client value and strive to ensure our clients are able to get maximum value from their investments into the ServiceNow platform.

Enough about us, let's talk about you You are someone with:
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile project development methodology
• 5+ years' experience in Project/Product Management (including ServiceNow projects)
• Experience in implementing applications and delivering solutions
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders
• Leading a team of diverse developers from varied time zones
• Passion and looking to help us build a ServiceNow platform that enables our business in every way we possibly can
• Ability to coach staff in analysis, design, and project management skills
• Aware (ideally certified) in ITIL V3/4
• Bilingual in French and English
