Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for inspiring, mentoring, and supervising Sales Managers to instill a strong sales culture, a sound methodology and exemplary behaviors enabling us to offer world-class products and services and achieve our business goals.

Here's how
    •Positioning the Premier Sales Organization (PSO) culture as a focus of the sales process to ensure specific objectives are achieved •Working in collaboration with Sales Managers, using analysis tools to identify sectors that could benefit from a sound sales and business management methodology •Influencing the Vice President's development plan and fine-tune the sales coaching strategies:
      •Completion of the offer •Preparing Training-in-a-Box sessions for managers
    •Preparing communication materials for managers and account managers that outline the steps to be taken according to a reasoned, data-based approach, which materials explain the details behind the overview:
      •Coaching plans, calendars, and pace •Top X selection roll up •Assessing the health of the quantity, quality, balance, velocity (QQBV) funnel •Quality audits and remediation of targeted sales and account management plans •WD agenda:
        •Premier Sales Organization (PSO) - overviews of QQBV and Top X priorities - updating initiatives •Assigning Training-in-a-Box sessions to each team
    •Eliminating obstacles to our vision for PSO in partnership with the Sales Performance team and marketing management and analyzing gaps and options for reducing gaps:
      •Participating in converting SIT 6 opportunities to priorities and Top X opportunities •Implementing a reciprocity program •Supporting marketing campaigns and acceleration programs
    •Following up on how the PSO culture is being adopted and implementing development plans based on advancing the methodology, skills, and offer •Providing teams with appropriate training on a timely basis in partnership with the person responsible for PSO •Optimizing the return of investment (ROI) by aligning the measures to be applied in order to achieve results


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Proven track record managing and directing a highly competent, motivated, and results-oriented and performance-oriented sales team, or experience as a sales professional •Effectiveness consulting with senior management across complex organizational boundaries •Sound leadership skills and ability to motivate dynamic teams •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities •Proven proficiency in hosting presentations and managing projects •Strong network of internal and external relationships to help detect problems and identify opportunities and ability to communicate viewpoints in a positive and insightful way •Excellent spoken and written communication skills with meticulous attention to customer service: Straightforward and confident style, ability to share viewpoints and present ideas with conviction and determination, and a passion for sales excellence •Balanced approach to strategic planning and tactical execution aimed at producing results •Ability to multi-task and carry out large-scale initiatives •Sales acumen: Excellent knowledge of client and market dynamics and needs •Results focus and ability to work independently •Bachelor's degree •Minimum 7 years of experience as a sales or marketing professional •Experience in strategic planning and ability to lead strategic initiatives

Great-to-haves
    •Understanding of sales processes and tools in opportunity and account management plans and knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) •Experience in consulting services, project management, sales force assistance, business analysis, or related responsibilities in the field of strategy, planning, and/or operations
