Reporting to the Director of Strategy Enablement, you are a key contributor to overall THCC strategy & planning and provide direct support to the THCC leadership team. This is an exciting single contributor role where you will have accountability for critical financial & operational analysis & insights, investment and performance monitoring, as well as governance support.
Further, you will support cross-functional interlock for key strategic initiatives. You have an ongoing desire to be part of a high paced and exciting team focused on long term planning and business governance & planning. You have a natural ability to form strong working relationships and transform the complicated into simple. You are comfortable working with all levels of the organization - including senior executives.Here's how
•Lead monthly operational reviews and governance cycles for the Care Centres Leadership Team and key partners, ensuring focus on outcomes and decisions required
•Create & prime the prioritization of OPEX & CAPEX initiatives that are connected to our Care Centre strategy & execution plans
•Design & present high-calibre analytic-based presentations to ensure common understanding of key priorities and initiatives, progress to plan including risks, roadblocks and ongoing mitigation or shifts in tactics
•Provide timely, insightful analysis, with appropriate level of detail to enable strategic, management and operational decision-making
•Prime the development of key dashboards, KPI trending & variance reports, as well as cost and productivity outcomes, all of which support critical executing facing materials
•Lead projects focused on improving budget optimization, workflow, process & toolset enhancements
•Ensure data and reporting are properly integrated and maintained to support analysis and decision making.
•Prime weekly email updates to senior leadership with key performance indicators, and relevant topics driving results or recovery plans Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•3-5 years in a planning or analytical role A bit about us
•Advanced ability to consult and communicate with senior leadership and to develop relationship with key stakeholders as well as cross-functional teams
•Advanced ability to conceptualize, research, compile, analyze and present relevant information
•Experience working with systems, processes and online data tools. Demonstrated knowledge in predictive modelling/data mining techniques
•University degree in Business, Finance, or other quantitative discipline
•Is highly comfortable with change and ambiguity
•Is an agile learner with the ability to operate at the intersections of: big ideas and small details, thinking and doing, boldness and humility, leading and following
•Excels in highly collaborative team environments
•Brings advanced verbal and written communication skills
