As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Work with our PwC and client teams on client engagements from strategy through to implementation;
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of client engagements;
Help manage your client engagement economics and delivery excellence;
Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to help identify opportunities with new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads
Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network;
Keep up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership; and
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand.
What you'll bring to this role
An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
Experience, and successful delivery in one or more of the following areas:
Assessing current state of our client's organisation and identifying opportunities and recommendations;
Developing target operating models, functional models and organisational structures;
Supporting change management for various types of transformations (assessing impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness);
Managing stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and media;
Assessing current talent landscape and identify opportunities and recommendations (new job architecture, upskilling needs, mobility processes)
Assessing and identifying opportunities with regards to operational excellence using continuous improvements techniques
Assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts; and
Experience with facilitation, design thinking and co-creation internally or with clients.
Self motivated with a passion for client work and team work;
Able to multi-task and manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site;
Will to learn, adopt and lead new ways of doing things (think personas, journey mapping, gamification etc);
Collaborative, curious, eager to learn and high energy;
Good communication skills;
Bilingual proficiency in French and English; Fluency in a third language, including, but not limited to, Italian, Mandarin or Hebrew is considered an asset
