What you'll create and do

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Creating global Salesforce.com solutions, enterprise technical design, best practices and implementation of the Salesforce.com suite of products to enterprise clients
  • Developing custom applications using Lightning Components, Salesforce Apex and Visualforce
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions that are maintainable and reusable
  • Following Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices
  • Leading, coaching, guiding and assist team members to become a high performing team
  • Working with and collecting requirements/feedback directly from stakeholders and integrating that into code
  • Business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in industry and preparing responses to requests for proposals


  • What you'll bring to this role

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
  • Experience with leading teams that design, development, test and implement applications in Salesforce lighting using Aura or Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Strong hands on experience of developing or building with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize Version Management tools, specifically Git
  • Highly confident to utilize Visual Studio Code and Salesforce DX (CLI)
  • Successful with developing new business and responding to proposals 
  • Advanced knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform and data modeling to develop complex business logic and interfaces
  • Good understanding of Salesforce APIs Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonus
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service, by building and maintaining productive relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting in a business context
  • Bilingual in French will be considered an asset
