You'll be coaching our players in varying areas of focus and expertise in the national sales and security field. You'll lead strategies and roadmaps to success using TELUS cross selling strategies to generate leads, sales revenue and contacts to create "stickiness". You will also spend time with customers, suppliers and industry consultants within the architects and engineering community nationally, as a means to build positive, lasting relationships.Here's howSales Leadership
•Collaborate with internal business operations to ensure alignment with service, installation and customer service departments to foster a positive customer experience Team Performance Management
•Build and manage budget and forecasting plans
•Assist Account Managers with preparation of quotations, bid responses, and competitive analysis ensuring our submissions meet customer requirements
•Develop an ongoing lead generation, prospecting strategy to increase sales pipeline; track, and monitor performance
•Recruiting, hiring, coaching, mentoring hunters and training National Account ManagersQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Evaluate Account Manager activity level on an ongoing basis, as well as the funnel & pipeline development and performance management
•Focus on creating a high energy sales culture with a competitive edge and a common sense approach to business

•Ability to develop a collaborative work environment within your team and with your business partners Who is TELUS?
•Demonstrated leadership skills with extensive experience of building and developing highly successful teams within large complex organizations
•University degree or equivalent experience at a senior level
•Proven experience presenting to C-suite customer stakeholders, and internal C-suite
•Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience plus 2-5 years of experience leading teams
•Bilingual (French/English) is required
