Here's how
    •Be the connection between Sales channels to ensure smooth delivery of programs, offers and support material to the sales team, accurate reporting of sales targets, performance and progress while creating consistency and clarity across sales teams/channels
    •Collaborate with other teams to establish collaborative programmes and be Go To Market project management prime to increase sales velocity and quality
    •Support the marketing team to ensure sales teams across all channels are trained and equipped with materials they require for any changes or new launches
    •Define performance metrics and monitor Sales enablement activities (Gap analysis)
    •Create Special sales promotions for each channel
    •Work with TELUS Health infrastructure team to ensure appropriate process and tracking mechanisms in place for any programs or promotions
    •Ensure data, tools, platforms, processes, are properly integrated and maintained to support reporting and analysis
    •Work with the sales operation team to address any discrepancies in sales reporting
    •Provide sales team with weekly reporting on progress to targets on health of the pipeline, contracted and enrolled subscribers by channel
    •Identify and initiate changes in metrics, models and reporting to keep pace with an ever changing environment
    •Lead for process design and implementation within the team
    •Showcase solid knowledge of analytical methodologies in a business context


You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
    •5+ years' progressive experience in analytics and business project management positions
    •Experiences working directly in sales or with sales teams
    •Ability to consult and communicate with senior management and to develop relationships with key internal and external contacts, and ability to work within cross functional teams
    •Ability to analyze and critique information from a variety of sources to provide value to the business
    •Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to develop strong business relationships and the demonstrated capability of working effectively with cross-functional teams is essential
    •Experience in KPI development and analysis
    •Ability to complete sales funnel analysis
    •Strong data management and modeling skills
    •Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems while proposing solutions / action plans to minimize risks, reduce gaps and take advantage of opportunities
    •Strong time and project schedule management skills required to consistently meet deadlines
    •Report/presentation preparation skills
    •Experience with Salesforce
    •Excellent French and English written and oral communication skills, including speaking with and in front of executive and leadership team members
