Job Description
Strategic planning and execution of a plan to improve the profitability, productivity, and efficiency of the restaurant
Manage profit and loss, profitable sales growth and achievement of restaurant monthly, quarterly and annual performance goals; analyze daily and weekly reports, resolve issues, develop and execute improvement plans
Provide a very high level of customer service, handle customer complaints and communicate with customers when necessary
Determine the staffing needs for the store.
Maintain tight inventory controls on all incoming and outgoing products to minimize shrinkage
Coordinate facility maintenance, execution of standard operating procedures, security and distribution of goods
Ensure that maintenance, branding, cleanliness, safety are included in daily activities
Lead and manage a high performing team
