Your role contributes significantly to KPMG delivering its business performance and also plays a key role in helping individuals at KPMG fulfil their career ambitions.
The Resource Planner has overall responsibility for client facing professionals within their service area, which includes the assignment of resources at all levels using Retain Scheduling System (Retain). The objective is to align individual career development and preferences with client assignment needs as well as the financial objectives of the business.
This role will support our Audit practice.
What you will doIn Audit, the management of Retain is split between two roles. The candidate chosen for this position will be responsible for:
- updating the system when there are new hires;
- following-up with People Leaders when there are new hires in order to assign a Performance Manager and a Coach;
- maintain the employee list for the two departments (the larger audit function and enterprise), including all levels;
- keeping track of audit employees' vacation days and sick leaves;
- keeping track of study leaves for employees completing their CPA, i.e. coordinating their leave and their return to work.
- working closely and in collaboration with the other Audit Resource Planner
The role may require supporting audit partners with administrative tasks.
What you bring to the role- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Retain Scheduling System knowledge is an asset .
Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
