You will be an integral part of a small but growing team that manages the registration of clinics as well as providers on the TELUS Health system and the maintenance of the extended health data, including changes and credentialing.Here's how
As part of the team, you'll be responsible for:
•Registering extended health providers to the TELUS Provider Registry
•Conducting regular maintenance of existing data
•Managing the TELUS Provider Registry
•Providing client resolutions for issues escalated to (second/third) level support
•Communicating with the product stakeholders, provincial governing bodies, colleges and associations
•Handling and overseeing projects to successful completion for both internal and external clients
•Supporting new TELUS Health initiatives
•Providing client support to internal departmentsQualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
•Intermediate to advanced skills in using Microsoft (MS) Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Access
•Able to apply critical-thinking skills to resolve issues
•Strong coordination skills
•Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external customers in both English & French
•Ability to handle different mandates depending on workload and interests Great-to-have
•College diploma or university degree
•Two to three years of experience in customer service or a service-oriented industry
•Experience in the Extended Healthcare industry would be an asset Who is TELUS?
