What is the opportunity?

The Bruce Kent Group, the top private client portfolio management group at RBC Dominion Securities in Canada, is looking for a dynamic Portfolio Management Implementation Associate. We seek to hire a high-energy, detail-oriented professional who wants to build a career in Portfolio Management. You will work in a fast-paced team environment and be responsible for assisting in the management of portfolios through trading, monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Implement investment policy decisions, monitor asset mixes and rebalance portfolios

- Implement changes to portfolios by trading equity, fixed income and money market securities

- Produce portfolio reports

- Understand and articulate the Bruce Kent Group's investment philosophy

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of the CFA Level II

- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Portfolio Management

- Solid computer skills, including advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
