You will be part of the product management team within TELUS Health that will allow you to have a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of all Canadians. As Pharmacist Product Consultant you will be responsible for communicating the vison and strategy for the TELUS drug portfolio, while using your knowledge of Quebec pharmacy practice and legislation to demonstrate the value and utility of this strategy in the Quebec marketplace. Additionally, you will act directly with our clients and Product team to support the building and execution of new capabilities. Responsibilities:
•Act as a primary client facing product lead for key customer groups
•Monitor legislative and industry trends tying into a clear "so what" for our clients and products, including legislative and competitive assessments
•Facilitate requirements gathering, needs assessment and strategic fit for new and emerging client requests.
•Provide development teams with product requirements and use scenarios for the drug portfolio
•Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
•Defining the product vision, the "so what" for the client and go to market strategy and execution plan for new and existing capabilities
•Investigate and identify high growth market opportunities Qualifications:What YOU Bring:
•Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape - with particular focus on the province of Quebec, including Pharmacy Benefit landscape, Group Insurance, Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical industry
•Proven ability to lead projects or product launches from beginning to end
•Strong ability to turn customer research into go-to-market action
•Fast-learner who understands or can learn the "what and why" of the Pharmacy Benefit landscape and the products, services and projects that tie into this space
•Client facing experience acting in a lead capacity
•Solid relationship building and influencing skills with a proven ability to work within a matrixed organization
•Experience developing and launching data and insights driven products and solutions
•Ability to design and navigate through conflicting priorities, turning ambiguity into clarity in a fast-changing environment
•Embraces a culture of ownership with the desire to continually improve and try new things
•Required Professional Designation/Certification:
•Licensed Pharmacist in Quebec Required Experience:
•3 + years of experience in benefits industry with direct product management role with experience in technology project implementation servicing complex industries such as healthcare, insurance or financial services
•Experience in strategic consulting is an asset
