You will be an integral member of the TELUS Health Pharmacy Services team, as well as, supporting the product management team within TELUS Health. As a member of the Pharmacy Services team, you will be providing pharmacy and clinical expertise to group insurance clients and internal teams, as well as, having responsibility for communicating the vision and strategy for the TELUS Health drug portfolio, while using your knowledge of Quebec pharmacy practice and legislation to demonstrate the value and utility of this strategy in the Quebec marketplace. You will work directly with clients and various internal TELUS Health Teams to support the building and execution of new capabilities and provide pharmaceutical and business strategy recommendations related to formulary management.

    •Accelerated learning of the TELUS Health business and pharmacy benefits management industry •Act as a primary client facing product lead for key customer groups •Monitor legislative and industry trends tying into a clear "so what" for our clients and products, including legislative and competitive assessments •Facilitate requirements gathering, needs assessment and strategic fit for new and emerging client requests •Develop product solutions to address client specific business needs •Defining the product vision, the "so what" for the client and go to market strategy and execution plan for new and existing capabilities •Support new product/program development from a clinical perspective and assess new drug programs as well as maintain existing programs for the national marketplace, and it's applicability in the Quebec marketplace •Produce client communications/reports on drug related matters •Evaluate and process drug exception requests using clinical expertise •Represent the TELUS Health Pharmacy Services Team and the Product management team internally and externally in Canada •Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape - with particular focus on the province of Quebec, including Pharmacy Benefit landscape, Group Insurance, Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical industry


You are the missing piece of the puzzle if you have:
    •Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required •Licensed Pharmacist in Quebec •An active pharmacy practice license must be maintained •3-5 years of pharmacy industry experience in Quebec •Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management industry, market access, managed care, health technology assessment, an asset •Experience with private payer stakeholders (insurers, third-party administrators, brokers, consultants), clinical programs, and claims processing •Client facing experience acting in a lead capacity •Bilingual (English & French) is required

Required Skills & Abilities:
    •Strong business acumen, presentation, and writing skills •Excellent analytical and critical decision making skills •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
