Provides a broad range of administrative support for the Shared Services department of TD Insurance. Reports to a Team Manager within the Operations Team Structure
- Provides clerical support (mail, fax, data entry, etc.) to different areas of insurance operations
- Perform some special administrative duties as requested
- General reception, answering calls and welcoming customers
- Mail distribution
- Bilingual (French/English), spoken and written communication skills
- Administrative support experience required
- Quick learner
- Demonstrates good Judgement
- Self sufficient, punctual and flexible
- High School Diploma
