We're expanding our team, and we're looking for a technical services dispatcher. If you have experience in a similar role, are perfectly bilingual and want to be part of a high-energy team, read on!

Here's how
    • Resolve customers' technical requests
    • Schedule repairs, installations and deliveries with customers, according to performance objectives
    • Manage technicians' and subcontractors' schedules with the associated resources
    • Verify units and functionalities with technicians
    • Verify subcontractor work orders and invoices
    • Manage returns of replaced or returned equipment or accessories
    • Manage technicians' hardware resources
    • Check with customers to verify the quality and timeliness of the work performed by technicians and subcontractors
    • Perform database updates


Qualifications:


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    • Relevant experience as a dispatcher in the IT, cable or telephony industries or in a similar industry
    • Experience in coordinating technical services
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication, coordination and organizational skills
    • Proven ability to prioritize tasks
    • Positive attitude, commitment to your work, initiative and resourcefulness
    • Team player and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
    • Very comfortable with IT
    • Excellent French and English skills (oral and written)

About the position
    • Regular full-time position
    • Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and may change to 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM depending on the installation level
