What you'll do in this role
As a Network Specialist II
, you will play a pivotal role helping our business customers resolve their WAN, security and network related problems.
Your problem solving skills will be used to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to:
•Software-defined networks: Nuage Networks and Cisco Meraki
•Security infrastructure including virtual firewalls: Palo Alto/Juniper/TippingPoint/Cisco ISE
•Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP): Cisco Unified communications

•Fluent written and spoken bilingualism (English and French)
•Minimum 3 years hands-on experience trouble shooting network issues
•CCNA certification required
•Enjoy assisting customers
•Collaborate well with a team, across the organization, and with other customers
•Natural ability to self-manage workload and prioritize critical tasks
