We are searching for a highly flexible individual who is prepared to play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for new customer acquisition, revenue growth and retention. A successful candidate would be a self-starter, natural collaborator, and innovator, comfortable working with an extensive network of stakeholders within and outside the Marketing team (including Product management, Sales, and other key stakeholders) and external partners providing subject matter expertise around communications, campaign planning and Go to Market strategies and initiatives.We are looking for someone who is:

•Develop marketing plans and go-to-market strategies to serve the reach, adoption and customer satisfaction goals
•Create and deliver integrated marketing programs including development of budget, value prop and KPIs
•Develop customer communication program to drive measurable results while ensuring the customer journey is optimal and contributes to a high likelihood to recommend
•Engage in qualitative and quantitative research for effective marketing campaigns and programs
•Manage customer events and communication program (including regional in-person events, webinars, and regular communications) to enhance our customer overall experience
•Drive the evolution of our online customer community to support customer revenue objectives and contribute to higher customer satisfaction
•Maintain information regarding provincial and regional programs that impact clients
•Maintain information on competitive context
•Be part of a dynamic team creating a vision for a highly personalized customer experienceQualifications:What YOU bring to the table:
•Experience with integrated and multi-channel campaigns across traditional, social, and digital mediums - with a strong focus on direct marketing
•Experience with using technology in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
•Quantitative analytics skills & the ability to turn insights into actionable plans & campaigns Required Skills and Abilities:
•5+ years' experience in a B2B Marketing Manager role
•Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM
•Strong marketing copywriting skills
•Strong project management capabilities with proven attention to details
•Strong competency in Microsoft applications such as MS PowerPoint and Excel
•Experience in technology, high tech or health sectors is a strong asset
•Practical experience with Marketo (or other marketing automation tool) will be a strong asset as well Required Professional Designation/Certification:
